Key Responsibilities : Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and pre-trial proceedings. Provide counsel to clients on a variety of employment law issues, such as wage and hour, FMLA, ADA, and compliance matters. Manage case files, ensuring adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements. Assist in policy development, compliance training, and resolving pre-litigation disputes. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and complex legal matters. Stay current on changes to employment laws and regulations. Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law. Strong academic background with proven ability to handle complex legal work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities. Familiarity with employment law topics, including wage and hour, FMLA, ADA, and discrimination. Experience managing cases, preparing for depositions, and supporting trial preparation. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
