An award-winning design build landscape architecture firm that services high-end residential clients in the Washington D.C. area is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join their team.
What To Expect
- Lead and manage a team of Crew Leaders and subcontractors
- Monitor daily job site activities
- Create and update 3-week look-ahead schedules to manage project timelines.
- Set expectations for Crew Leaders on a daily and weekly basis to ensure efficient progress.
- Act as the point of contact for client communications, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Oversee project closeout documentation, including As-Builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and client turnover packages.
- Ensure quality control on job sites to minimize warranty claims and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, attending seminars, certifications, and educational opportunities.
