A well-respected client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) . As the LNHA you will be tasked in overseeing the facility and ensuring that the highest quality of care is being conducted day in and day out.
Responsibilities of LNHA :
- To lead a team of 50-60 employees and manage 40 beds.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members.
- Able to enforce the regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Create and maintain a budget.
- Hire staff and employees throughout all level inside the facility.
