They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Mitigation Manager with extended experience in either commercial / residential restoration . Requirements :
- Experience : 3-5 years of Mitigation Management
- IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
- Commercial / Residential construction experience
- Background in reconstruction / mitigation
- Highly-motivated and proactive
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
- Education : High School Diploma- GED / Associates / Bachelor’s degree preferred
