As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a vital role in project planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate project estimates and cost proposals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including site visits and evaluations.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information for building accurate estimates.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities for value engineering.
• Prepare comprehensive take-offs and quantity surveys.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients and negotiate contracts.
