Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial process engineering role.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and statistical tools.
- Experience with CAD software, PLCs, and manufacturing automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
