As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in team leadership within the dairy industry or a pasteurization facility. You will be expected to manage and coach the production team to success, collaborate with other departments, and enforce all policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate various equipment necessary for manufacturing operations are essential.
- Familiarity with data management programs
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety
