In this first-shift role, you will take charge of managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team operating automatic / manual equipment, forklifts, and other machinery to blend, dispense, fill, and package products.
- Oversee daily production activities, adhering to schedules and maintaining high standards.
- Ensure products meet specifications outlined in batch tickets and comply with company SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to equipment or processes.
- Provide training for new and existing team members, fostering skill development.
- Promote safety, comply with health and environmental regulations, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Prepare and submit daily reports as directed by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
