Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 11 PM (rotating every 3rd Saturday)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Night - Friday Morning, 10 PM - 7 AM (rotating every 3rd Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a highly trained production team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve facility and company goals.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Communicate with management regarding shift performance, production planning, and problem resolution.
- 3 years of experience in dairy, pasteurization, or food manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data management programs and production tracking.
- Ability to operate necessary manufacturing equipment.
- Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
