What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Gpac?
Immediate opening for a Project Coordinator with construction experience. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for assigned projects and their respective project related managers. They will be involved with finalizing draw package components and submitting to lenders in a timely and accurate manner. They will also provide support to regional personnel in relation to draw processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Process all documents related to the project such as : subcontracts, compliance documents, change orders, closeouts and archiving.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe are crucial to success in this role
- Maintain safety files, implement safety program, and research safety data from suppliers
- Ensure all paperwork is completed properly for Project Managers, Superintendents and Subcontractors
- Assist Project Managers as needed with other duties as requested
