Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to plan and adjust as necessary to meet project goals.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their best performance.
- Quality Control : Oversee all aspects of project quality, from initial planning through final inspection. Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
