Project Manager Duties
- Developing accurate estimates / budgets for projects through the bid / negotiating phase.
- Assist in contract review / negotiations.
- Understanding the scope / contract requirements and the intended deliverables.
- Establish sequencing / schedules / milestones - communicating such to company / client teams.
- Coordination of submittals / RFI's / PO's / Sub Contracts / Purchasing for project specific needs.
- Update weekly reports / logs to monitor schedules and job costs Review / Price changes in work - negotiate with client.
- Develop / maintain / improve client relationships.
- Position requires a minimum of 8 years' experience in the steel industry.
- Prior experience with sales, cost-estimating and/or project management.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience wth FabSuite, Bluebeam and Gantt scheduling is major plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
