Job Title : Wastewater Treatment Plant Project Manager
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wastewater Treatment Plant Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment projects. The Project Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, wastewater systems, and project management.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
Lead the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment plant projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental standards, health, and safety.
Team Leadership :
Supervise and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and support staff.
Budget and Resource Management :
Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Quality Control and Compliance :
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards, environmental laws, and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Communication :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Risk Management :
Identify and manage potential project risks, including environmental, financial, and operational challenges.
Post-Project Evaluation and Handover :
Oversee the successful completion and commissioning of the wastewater treatment plant.
