What are the responsibilities and job description for the QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER position at Gpac?
Located in the DFW area, the QA Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's Quality Management Systems in a systematic, organized manner, including application of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), to ensure products and processes meet regulatory and customer requirements and product standards.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain ISO 9001 and / or AS 9100 certifications in applicable locations through regular engagement and training with local quality, operations, and sales and customer service personnel.
- Lead and maintain the company’s internal auditing program by tracking internal audit requirements, conducting or supporting internal audits, and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.
- Support product and service failure analysis through execution and oversight of procedures for handling quality-related customer complaints, and drive investigation and resolution.
- Develop and execute project plans to carry out strategic quality objectives, which may include the development of quality-related training materials and drafting quality-related procedures.
- Manages quality personnel both on-site and off-site including hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations.

This is an on-site position.
The salary is $110-120k DOE
