RPM Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a outstanding company with an incredible work culture in Bonham, Texas!
The Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's products, services, and processes. This position requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Must have minimum 3 years experience working with sheet metal!
The well qualified candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and maintaining all quality control processes, analyzing the results, and providing feedback and guidance to the production team under direct supervision.
- Must ensure and assist in determining if materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications.
- Ensure the staff follows the set processes and adheres to best production practices and product quality standards.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail: Ability to identify even minor deviations from quality standards
- Analytical skills: Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and root causes
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly analyze issues and develop effective solutions
- Leadership skills: Effectively manage and motivate a team of quality inspectors
- Communication skills: Effectively communicate quality concerns to relevant stakeholders
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and quality control methodologies
- Maintain quality control policies and procedures
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality control program, including inspections
- Collaborate with QMS Manager in developing and maintaining a system for monitoring and evaluating quality control data, and report findings to senior management
- Identify and investigate quality control issues and recommend solutions to improve the quality of products, services, and processes
- Work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure that quality control considerations are integrated into the design, development, and production processes
Qualifications:
- Desired - Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices, including ISO 9001 and Lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software helpful.
