Qualifications Highlight
- Ideal Candidate has a tenured career within quality within precast manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; or requivalent experience
- Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of qulaity control experience
- Must be able to work in fast paced, quick changing atmosphere.
- Possess PCI Certification up to Level 3 or desire to obtain
- Ability to coach and mentor more junior QC staff
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
