Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and will work alongside our real estate attorneys. This paralegal position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated real estate professional to advance their paralegal career.
Location
Hybrid position based out of Fort Lauderdale (in-office training period required, followed by flexible work arrangements)
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a paralegal specifically in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, title review, and due diligence
- Experience with real estate paralegal software platforms
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
