Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and development agreements.
- Manage and oversee real estate transactions from inception to closing.
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters related to real estate projects.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Stay current on legal trends and developments in real estate law.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the PA Bar
- 3 years of experience in real estate transactional law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
