Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Interpret design specs, building codes, and technical documents
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues
- Revise and update plans based on feedback and project changes
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and meet industry standards
- Stay updated on drafting tools, technologies, and best practices
- Associate degree or certification in Architectural Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Solid understanding of residential construction and building codes
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
