Position Overview This full-time, onsite role reports to the Branch Manager (location confidential). It involves cultivating customer relationships, achieving sales and margin goals, managing product delivery, and maintaining market awareness. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed annual sales and gross margin goals. Develop new business through lead generation and prospecting. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by monitoring account performance and acting proactively. Coordinate and oversee product shipments, working closely with logistics and account management teams. Conduct market research to inform pricing and sales strategies. Collaborate with purchasing teams to align supply with customer demand. Qualifications Proven track record of sales success, ideally 10 years in the building materials or construction industries. Established relationships with general contractors or framers, especially in the multi-family space (preferred). Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Growth-oriented, self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools; 4-year degree preferred.
