Job Description
Gpac is working with a client that is a leading co-manufacturer for a nation brand in Upstate New York that is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee production, housekeeping, and support activities on the 2nd shift.
- Act as a liaison between production and other departments, making priority decisions on plant-wide issues.
- Provide coaching to supervisors in achieving performance standards related to safety, line utilization, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Evaluate work processes for efficiency and implement necessary improvements.
- Provide hands-on training for new and seasoned employees.
- Explore opportunities for skill and quality standards training.
- Monitor and reduce production downtime, enhancing PM completion rates.
Qualifications :
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
