An award-winning and multi-disciplinary Architecture/Engineering firm is currently seeking a Senior Plumbing Engineer to lead/manager exciting and complex projects within the Higher Education, Government, Science and Technology and Healthcare market sectors for their Boston, MA office.
Plumbing Engineer Responsibilities

Plumbing Engineer Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development and construction documents
- Manage and direct design staff to meet client expectations and project goals
- Act as plumbing point-of-contact for clients and pre-construction services for their scope areas
- Work on a variety of projects, both new construction and renovations that vary in size from 100,000SF to 650,000SF
- Develop construction drawing packages and write construction specifications
- Provide mentoring and direction to junior members of project team
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Science/Technology and University Facilities
- 7 year's of experience
- P.E. License or EIT Required
- Familiarity with BIM
- Professional Degree in Engineering required from an accredited four-year university
- Throughout understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical Engineering systems
- Ability to lead others and manage teams
- Understanding of advanced engineering principles and calculations
