Responsibilities
- Serve as the Traveling Superintendent, managing job site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality control as the lead Traveling Superintendent.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents in your role as a Traveling Superintendent.
- Travel extensively to different project sites while maintaining consistency and high standards as a Traveling Superintendent.
- 5 years of experience as a Traveling Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Experience managing projects in the $10M-$30M range.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project documentation.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations.

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
