We are seeking a Trust & Estates Litigation Attorney with specific experience in fiduciary litigation, estate disputes, and high-conflict trust matters. This is not transactional work such as routine probate or estate administration; you will be handling complex, litigious cases where disputes escalate to court. Your role will involve managing litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of trust & estates litigation matters, including fiduciary disputes, will contests, and other estate-related conflicts.
- Represent clients in court, managing cases independently and working towards favorable resolutions.
- Utilize your expertise in Virginia law to navigate and resolve disputes that arise within estates and trusts.
- 2 years of experience specifically in Trusts & Estates Litigation (fiduciary or estate litigation) in Virginia.
- Active Virginia law license is required.
- Experience in managing complex, high-conflict litigation cases from start to finish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively represent clients in court.
