Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in Workers Compensation law (preferred).
- Trial experience is highly desirable.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Experience representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of California is a plus.
