Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled contract human resources supervisor to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position requires a professional with a solid background in military human resources, with at least three years of experience. The supervisor will lead our contract personnel and perform human resources functions to ensure efficient and compliant operations within the contract scope. This employee will both serve as supervisor over other contract personnel as well as perform assigned duties in role as assigned by government client.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in military human resources
- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Military Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of military human resource processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
