GPI seeks a motivated Assistant Systems Administrator with one (1) to three (3) years of relevant IT experience to support our locations. This IT position is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. You will be expected to document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groups. All applicants must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical staff members. This position will work under the immediate supervision of the Regional IT Manager and rely on established guidelines to perform the job's functions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide user IT Support via the help desk ticket system
- Aid in documenting IT systems
- Assist with projects and initiatives to the extent that they can without adversely affecting their ability to support their primary job responsibilities
- Assist with data management functions, including backup and archiving.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least one (1) year of relevant IT experience
- A , Network , Security
- MSCE / MCITP certifications or equivalent experience
- Thorough IPC skills and remote support via the Service Desk
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2016 to 2019 preferred
