Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a civil site engineering Project Manager to join our growing New England operations in any one of our New Hampshire or Massachusetts offices. We have a backlog of exciting projects ranging from residential developments to various commercial projects and everything in between. What You’ll Be Doing :
- Managing challenging and varying land development projects including a variety of nationally branded clients
- Leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians
- Mentoring junior staff
- Communicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearings
- Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Writing contracts and reviewing invoices
- Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents
- Hands on” preparation of construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
- Performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
- Partner with your managing team to meet your future goals and vision.
