- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years of experience in land development
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proven expertise in private development and public works design

- Lead and execute private land development projects, designing site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, streets, and erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Prepare and review Stormwater Management Reports and Hydrology & Hydraulics Reports
- Manage project permitting and approvals with regulatory agencies
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements while ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Mentor and train internal engineering staff
- Make independent, authoritative technical decisions to drive project success
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
