GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Metro New York. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will have the opportunity to create high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise and services.
In this role, you will work closely with technical, marketing, and corporate compliance teams to ensure proposals meet all RFP/Q specifications and instructions. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating the production of proposals under the direction of the Content and Marketing Lead.
- Analyzing and dissecting RFP/Qs to create strategy documents at kick-off.
- Producing varied proposal components, including customized resumes, qualifications packages, cover letters, charts/tables, and similar documents.
- Maintaining reference and subconsultant data repositories.
- Tracking and updating proposals within GPI's CRM platform, Deltek VantagePoint.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related area.
- 2 years of relevant experience – internships count.
- Flexible attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is even better.
