This position works closely with technical, marketing, and corporate compliance team members to ensure proposals fulfill all RFP/Q specifications and instructions. Talent at translating complex technical subject material into easily understandable content is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of proposals, both short-form and complex, under the direction of the Content and Marketing Lead.
- Analyze and dissect RFP/Qs to create a strategy document at kick-off that outlines the requirements of the proposal, including technical requirements, specified format, and financial elements.
- Produce varied proposal components, including customized resumes, qualifications packages, cover letters, charts/tables, and similar documents using Word, Excel, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Maintain the reference and subconsultant data repositories, and update periodically.
- Track and update proposals within GPI's CRM platform, Deltek VantagePoint.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience – internships count
- A bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related area is preferred, but we will consider all candidates, regardless of degree.
- Flexible attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable communicating virtually via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Expert with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is even better.
- Some familiarity with the RFP/RFQ/RFI process and the AEC industry is a bonus.
