· Check that all equipment is in full working order and report any defects
· Assist housekeeping team when requested

· *Some on-the-job training is available, but a background in property maintenance and repairs is required*
· *Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays*
The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to: equipment maintenance and repair, meeting rooms, maintenance and repair of the building structure, preventative maintenance of our guest rooms, public space and parking lot; climbing; bending; lifting up to 75 lbs; pushing and / or pulling up to 75 lbs; and carrying up to 50 lbs.
