- Assist Resolution team with daily tasks
- Research and document pertinent contract details

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:
- Possess Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated
- Diligent and attentive to detail
- Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and coworkers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Hold a High School diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working independently in an office setting, communicating with customers through email and phone calls
- Work effectively in a team environment, assisting each other whenever needed
- Possess the ability to learn and work within proprietary software
