Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to learn the ins and outs of business and sales. As the Executive Assistant, you'll work directly with the owner of the company and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and organizational management.
Responsibilities:
- Email and Text Communication: Assist the owner in responding to incoming leads via email and text. Use creativity and attention to detail to determine whether inquiries require simple responses or need to be escalated to the sales team.
- Order Entry: Process orders received through the owner’s email, ensuring they are accurately added as invoices for the billing and shipping team.
- Mailing Thank You Cards: Send thank you cards to clients, adding a personal touch to our customer relationships.
- Learning Sales Processes: Gain hands-on experience in the sales process and GPS tracker knowledge—training will be provided.
