Position Summary: As GPS continues our exponential growth throughout the United States, we are currently seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to join the GPS team. The chosen candidate will focus on leading a team to effectively implement strategies and execute operational tactics with the goal of enhancing practice level performance and growth.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with affiliated doctors and practice staff while visiting each practice within the region on a regular basis
- Ensure proper staffing at the practice level
- Assist in the onboarding and integrations of recently affiliated dental practices, including implementation of company operational procedures and processes
- Support daily office operations within the region
- Gather, organize, and give feedback on employee time sheets and payroll data. Assist Payroll Coordinators with Payroll entry.
- Be accessible and responsive to business needs within the territory.
- Support the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals.
- Prepare and organize recommendations designed to increase efficiency and lower operating costs.
- Support compliance of workers with established company policies, procedures, and standards such as safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel employment and grievance practices and the enforcement of government regulations. Support real estate initiatives such as facility upgrades, remodeling and expansions as well as acquisition facility opening process.
- In collaboration with the Learning & Development Team, assist with training and evaluating office managers and in staff training as needed.
- Prepare reports for owner doctors on performance of dental offices as requested.
- Other related functions as requested by supported practice owners.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- 1 year of multi-site dental office management experience
- Willingness to spend 50% of your time in the field (traveling between markets and out of state if needed) visiting and supporting affiliated dental practices in designated region
- Must be located in Tennessee
- Strong active listening skills, ability to implement processes in collaboration with leadership to ensure company objectives are met
- Highly organized and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively with and lead team members
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate sense of urgency and work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the initiative to work independently

Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and annual performance bonus.
