Position Overview
The Senior Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier physicians and advanced practice providers to join the Riverside Medical Group. Reporting directly to the Manager of Physician Recruitment, this role partners closely with executives and leadership to ensure a robust and diverse talent pipeline, driving the growth and success of the organization.
This is a primarily onsite position based at our main campus, with opportunities for occasional remote work available after the successful completion of a 90-day introductory period.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of physician recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to recruit and onboard high-quality healthcare professionals.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media, and ATS systems.
Knowledge of medical group operations, credentialing, immigration (Visa processes) and healthcare industry trends is a plus.

- Collaborate with executives to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Identify, source, and recruit physicians and advanced practice providers across specialties using a variation of sourcing and recruitment strategies, providing recommendations for maintaining market competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a future talent pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and providers, providing market insights and recommendations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations and also supports ongoing onboarding and retention processes.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational and medical staff policies.
- Represent Riverside Medical Group at career fairs, conferences, and other networking events.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the healthcare community.
