Summary :
The Senior Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier physicians and advanced practice providers to join the Riverside Medical Group. Reporting directly to the Manager of Physician Recruitment, this role partners closely with executives and leadership to ensure a robust and diverse talent pipeline, driving the growth and success of the organization.
This is a primarily onsite position based at our main campus, with opportunities for occasional remote work available after the successful completion of a 90-day introductory period.
Experience / Education Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of physician recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to recruit and onboard high-quality healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media, and ATS systems.
- Knowledge of medical group operations, credentialing, immigration (Visa processes) and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
