• 8 years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
• Experience with Workday, particularly the Benefits, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation Modules.
• Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plan design.
• Experience with benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Familiarity with executive compensation principles and governance practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred.
