Job Title: Workday Integration Administrator (Finance Focus)

About the Role:
We’re implementing Workday Financials and looking for a hands-on Workday Integration Admin with strong experience in financial integrations. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, testing, and supporting Workday integrations, with a focus on financial data and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the development and support of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI/DECI, Web Services).
- Build and maintain integrations between Workday Financials and third-party systems (banks, ERPs, tax systems, etc.).
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Implementation Partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Monitor integration performance and manage error handling and resolution.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Workday integration experience, including Studio and Core Connectors.
- Experience with Workday Financials modules (e.g. AP, AR, GL, Assets, Banking).
- Proven background building integrations with financial systems and vendors.
- Familiar with data transformation, XML, XSLT, and web service APIs.
Nice to Have:
- Workday certification(s) in Integration or Financials.
- Experience in Workday implementation projects.
Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
