A leading healthcare provider based in the New York area is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated software integration develop to join its award-winning IT organization. If you’ve got solid experience integrating Workday ERP with other systems—and you love rolling up your sleeves to lead complex tech projects from start to finish—this might be your next great opportunity.
They’re looking for someone who’s:
- Worked with tools like Workday Studio, ESB, and middleware solutions
- Familiar integrating Workday with enterprise systems like EPIC, Infor FSM, and UKG Pro and external providers
- A self-starter and comfortable taking charge of integration projects
- A subject matter expert on Workday application architecture and data models
The role is fully remote, but you’ll need to be able to work East Coast hours and be open to traveling to New York once or twice a quarter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms
- Partnering with teams across the enterprise to understand their needs and design smart integration solutions
- Making sure everything works smoothly—testing, troubleshooting, and refining integrations as needed
- Offering your Workday wisdom and supporting other devs when they need help
- Keeping projects on track by working closely with project managers and team leads
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 8 years of software integration experience, with at least 5 years focused on Workday
- A solid understanding of Workday’s architecture and data model (certification as a Workday Integration Developer is desired)
- Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or C#
- A proactive attitude and great communication skills—you’ll be working with stakeholders across different teams and levels
