BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Salary | $75,000 (Base & on-target commissions for year one)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Capture interest of new customers, propelling towards the utilization of GR Metrology services
- Shift customer interest into confirmed sales to meet GR Metrology metrics
- Maintain a list of prospects throughout Michigan
- Build relationships with the Service Team to qualify, quote, and facilitate successful handoffs
- Provide consultation to existing customers to expand GR Metrology’s current services
- Accurately and timely, submit all quotes, logs, development plans, and commission reports
- Participate in Team Meetings and report on market trends, competitive intelligence, and impactful customer changes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field strongly desired
- Two (2) years of professional sales experience required
- Demonstrate ability to professionally communicate with internal and external customers, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with Team
- Possession of driver’s license and satisfactory MVR for intrastate travel
- Ability to drive, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
