Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development and Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the growth of our company, focusing on sales and business development, targeting government contracts and high-level positions within the automotive, engineering, and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target new business opportunities, with a focus on government contracts and high-level roles in the automotive, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Leverage our status as a minority-owned business to access and bid on government contract opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including government agencies, contractors, and industry leaders.
- Maintaining an organized work environment through the utilization of our CRM System, Bullhorn
- Onsite client meetings and entertainment
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, addressing issues proactively and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Conduct weekly progress reports through team meetings and other avenues of communicating
Qualifications:
- 3 Years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within staffing, recruiting, or related industries.
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive, engineering, and construction industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious revenue goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Benefits:
- Base salary: $45,000-$55,000/yr.
