Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development and Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the growth of our company, focusing on sales and business development, targeting government contracts and high-level positions within the automotive, engineering, and construction industries. This position will also oversee account management for the clients and businesses you bring in, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. This role will report directly to the President of Uniiited and will work with the an experienced Recruiting Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target new business opportunities, with a focus on government contracts and high-level roles in the automotive, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Leverage our status as a minority-owned business to access and bid on government contract opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including government agencies, contractors, and industry leaders.
- Maintaining an organized work environment though the utilization of our CRM System, Bullhorn
- Onsite client meetings and entertainment
