About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Training Coordinator to help support our CX team and enhance customer experiences. In this role, you'll assist in guiding CX Agents and Team Leads, develop training materials, and provide hands-on training to ensure the team is equipped to deliver excellent service. You'll help review data to improve processes and work closely with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your contributions will help build strong customer relationships and support the growth of our business.

In this role, you will:

  • Support our customer service team by helping them meet customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work closely with different teams to ensure customer questions and concerns are handled smoothly
  • Help gather and organize customer feedback to improve our services and processes
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and escalations to ensure a positive resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement new ideas for improving customer satisfaction
  • Track and report on key customer service metrics to help the team improve
  • Assist in responding to CX-related questions and comments on social media to ensure prompt and helpful interactions

We're looking for someone who:

  • 1 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or related fields, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the CPG or wellness industries
  • Strong training skills, including the ability to develop engaging and effective training materials
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach to helping others
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Gorgias, Gladly, or Zendesk
  • Experience with Medallia Agent Connect (or similar) for customer satisfaction insights
  • Familiarity with Skio (or similar subscription management platforms)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Shopify, and Loop Returns
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Canva, or Lessonly (or similar)
