- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (occasional weekends)

- Competitive Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Your Role:
- Lead the charge in recruiting top talent and orchestrating smooth onboarding experiences.
- Conduct insightful exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and drive improvements.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations to keep our workplace thriving.
- Develop engaging training programs that empower our team members.
-Must be willing to travel within Michigan occasionally, using a company car to support various HR initiatives, with use of a company credit card and paid meals for longer distances.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (you’ve got this!).
- 1 year of HR experience (the more, the merrier!).
- Bilingual? Perfect! English and Spanish is a must.
- People skills that shine and an analytical mindset to tackle challenges.
