Position Overview:
As the Office Manager at Grace Auto, you will play a critical role in overseeing the dealership's day-to-day administrative and financial operations. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and supporting the management team to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative operations, including document processing, title work, and compliance with local and state regulations.
- Oversee financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and monthly reporting.
- Maintain and organize dealership records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits or management needs.
- Support the sales and service departments by facilitating smooth inter-departmental communication and administrative assistance.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory and equipment needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with escalations as needed, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Train and mentor administrative staff, fostering a supportive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management within a dealership or similar automotive environment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership accounting, title processing, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Ability and knowledge of title work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
