About The Position
The Sports Information and Operations Manager will support the communication and operation of the Middle and High School Athletics programs. As a support administrator for the school’s athletic programs, the position assists the Athletic Director with running a program consistent with the school’s mission, policies, standards, and values.
Qualifications:
This is a full-time staff and coaching position, and the expected salary will be commensurate with education, experience, and total workload, ranging from $60,000–$70,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life/disability, flexible spending accounts, generous 403(b) contributions with immediate vesting and access to $3100 in professional development funds per year, beginning in your second year of employment.
Compensation for coaching is paid separately according to an hourly stipend rate.

About The Position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Coaching experience
- Possess a broad knowledge of many sports
- Knowledge of the overall operations of an athletic program
- Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintaining inventory of uniforms and equipment for all teams
- Promoting and creating content for Grace Athletics Social Media - Instagram, photos, highlights, and video
- Athletics Marketing and promotional materials - Admissions
- MS and HS Game Day Set-up and media coverage
- Organize MS and HS Team Photos
- Help Organize an Athletics Leadership Team with 10-15 students
- Help Coordinate Senior Night activities with head coaches
- Attend fall, winter, and spring athletic contests
- Help coordinate Spring MS and HS Athletics end-of-year events, including collecting the award winners and ordering the awards
- Collecting and maintaining all athletic records, including team records, individual records, letters and awards, etc
- Hudl and Veo training and implementation
- Coach teams as needed
- Serving as a HS Advisor
