What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worship Leader position at Grace Church?
Grace Church is a newly merged congregation in search of a Worship Leader. This position includes one weekly practice with the worship team as well as leading the congregation on Sunday's. They will work directly with the current Leader until a proven record of being able to take the lead themselves has been established, previous experience in the role will play a factor in that timeline. We are praying for someone who is passionate about worship and has a relationship with Christ. Musical background and understanding is a must, this person should also be able to lead a team and not take a solo approach. An ability to play contemporary Christian music as well as bringing in some older songs is preferred. The pay is 100.00 per week for the 5 hours spent on practice and Sunday's.
