*Responsibilities*
- Help Manage all aspects of campus operations, including, student activities, and facility maintenance
- Implement and oversee educational programs to meet the needs of students
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Handle conflict resolution and behavior management effectively
- Provide first aid when necessary and ensure the well-being of all individuals on campus
*Requirements*
- Experience working with students in a classroom or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage children effectively
- Proficiency in conflict management and behavior management techniques
Job Type: Full-time
