What You'll Do
As a Community Representative in Burlington/Mercer County NJ, you will:
- Develop, implement, and assess quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve monthly admissions goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Establish business partnerships through effective sales contacts and presentations.
- Maintain professional and clinical competence.
- Initiate and build relationships within internal and external departments to ensure effective communication with referral sources and internal customers.
- Update and maintain customer and competitor profiles, log daily call activity, and plan future customer interactions.
- Enhance knowledge of hospice services, customers, and referral sources.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree or professional license preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales, marketing, or provider relations experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid state driver's license and auto insurance with unlimited access to a reliable vehicle.
