Job Overview:
Grace HealthPro’s is seeking a dedicated Medical Supply Technician for a long-term contract opportunity in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in managing medical supplies and ensuring healthcare facilities are equipped for optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Sterilize and prepare medical instruments following established guidelines.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment according to safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to fulfill supply requests efficiently.
- Monitor and track expiration dates to prevent stock shortages or overages.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Supply Technician or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, sterilization procedures, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in sterile processing is a plus.
